How it runs
Design in, questions out
I read the Figma and come back with the states it does not cover yet - empty, error, long text, small screens. Answering those first is what makes a build pixel-accurate rather than approximately right.
Build
Astro or Next depending on what the site has to do. Responsive down to 320px, keyboard reachable, contrast checked in light and dark separately rather than once.
Wire it up
Contact forms that actually deliver, analytics with events worth reading, sitemap, structured data, Open Graph images that are not screenshots.
Ship and hand over
Deployed behind a CDN or on your own box, DNS and certificates done, and a walkthrough of how to change the copy without me.
Questions
How fast is fast?
The target is a green Lighthouse on throttled mobile, measured on both themes. I will show you the run rather than describe it.
Can my team edit the content?
Copy and images, yes - either in Markdown in the repository or through a lightweight CMS if the team does not use git. Layout changes are a developer's job on any stack that claims otherwise.
What if I do not have a design?
Then this is not the right package yet. A landing without a design becomes a design project with a website attached, and it should be priced as one.
Multiple languages?
Yes, with proper hreflang and separate routes rather than a client-side switcher. This site runs English and Russian that way.
